Zintofia 1991 Amsterdam; a pinhole mirror
 
Two rooms equal in size divided by a thin wall. In the middle of that wall; a small hole.
One room decorated with old furnature and colorful food.
 The other room completely dark and covered with light sensitive black and white photopaper.
Only the light coming through the small hole enters this room.
The reflected light of the adjacent decorated room is projected on the wall and ceiling.
 
The result after days of exposure and development is a pinhole projected photograph, a negative black and white image.
The special quality of a hole as a lens flourishes; never really sharp but without any distortion, not even at an angle of 170 degrees.
